Cancellation Policy

Upon booking your trip, a non-refundable deposit for 50% of the full trip amount is required.

If you cancel 15 or more days in advance: you have one year to use that same deposit toward another trip of your choice.

If you cancel 8 to 14 days in advance: your deposit will be kept for a cancellation fee.

If you cancel 1 to 7 days in advance: your card will be processed for the full amount of the trip as a cancellation fee.

Cancellations due to rain are unacceptable. We all hope when we book our trip that we will have fantastic weather and catch lots of fish; however, when you book an outdoor activity, rain is a possibility and is something that should be expected. The only time we would cancel a trip due to rain is if we got a lot of rain the night before and the river gets too muddy to fish.
