To better
serve our anglers,
ECO has two operating bases. Our main base and office is in Boone,
NC on Hwy 105 across from Watauga High School. Our other “home”
base is located in Butler, TN. Having two locations keeps us closer
to the waters that you choose to fish for your convenience and
a short drive time.

to Elk Creek Outfitters from the Banner Elk area on NC HWY 105:
ECO is at 1560 Hwy 105 0.5 miles before you get to the largest
crossroads in Boone (at Wendy’s). We're on the left at the
traffic light directly across from the entrance to Watauga High
School. This is shortly after you pass the very popular “water
wheel” at the High Country Inn. Look for the Big Wooden Fish!

to Elk Creek Outfitters from the Charlotte/Blowing Rock area on
HWY 321: Come into Boone on US-321 N. After driving
into Boone down Fast Food Strip, you will come to the largest
crossroads in Boone! Hwy’s 421, 221 105 and 321 all intersect
here. Landmarks are: Wendy’s, Wachovia, Exxon, and the Quality
Inn. Turn Left onto NC-105. Go exactly 0.5 miles to the 2nd traffic
light. ECO is immediately on the right. Look for Big Wooden Fish!

to Elk Creek Outfitters from the Winton-Salem area on HWY 421:
Come into Boone on US-421 N. Turn LEFT onto NC-105 EXT/US-221.
Go 0.8 miles and you will come to the largest crossroads in Boone!
HWY’s 421, 321, 221, and 105 will all intersect here. Landmarks
are: Wendy’s, Wachovia, Exxon, and the Quality Inn. Stay
STRAIGHT to go onto NC-105. Go exactly 0.5 miles to the 2nd traffic
light. ECO is immediately on the right. Look for the Big Wooden
Fish!
